How It Works:

1. Attach the rope
Tie a sturdy rope between the two upper eyelets of your fixed flagpole.

2. Attach the topper
Connect the topper to the center of the rope using a carabiner.

3. Add your lights
Place your Christmas light strands between the topper's teeth and the flagpole.

4. Raise the topper
Use your flagpole's rope and hoist system to raise the topper to the desired height.

5. Spread the lights
Run the light strands from the topper down toward the ground and secure them with stakes.
