January 2024 – The Shooting, Hunting, Outdoor Trade Show (SHOT Show) is renowned as the largest and most comprehensive trade show for professionals in the shooting sports, hunting, and law enforcement industries. As the world's premier exposition of firearms, ammunition, law enforcement gear, cutlery, outdoor apparel, optics, and related products and services, the SHOT Show draws manufacturers, retailers, and agencies from all 50 states and over 100 countries.
This year, Wilbur’s Finest was honored with an invitation to attend as product sourcing consultants for a Firearms Manufacturer Company, marking our inaugural participation in this prestigious event. As this was our first year of participating, the team didn’t know what to expect but we left the event with relevant insights, reignited motivation, and new memories.

No Retail Sales Allowed
One of the unique aspects of SHOT Show is its exclusive focus on industry professionals. Unlike consumer-focused events, no retail sales are allowed on-site. This prohibition created an environment dedicated solely to networking, collaboration, and showcasing the latest innovations in the shooting sports and outdoor industries.
Exclusive Access to New Products and Free Merchandise
Being part of the event provided us with the opportunity to get the inside scoop on the latest products hitting the market. We had the privilege of getting first dibs on cutting-edge firearms, ammunition, and other related products. Additionally, exhibitors were generous with free merchandise, including patches, hats, stickers, tumblers, koozies, keychains, and tote bags, making our SHOT Show experience even more memorable.
Networking Opportunities
The SHOT Show serves as a melting pot for professionals in the industry, offering an unparalleled platform for networking. We seized the chance to connect with new prospects and clients, exchange insights and talk about possible partnerships. With over 2,500+ exhibits spread across 800,000 square feet, SHOT Show 2024 was a massive event that can be both exhilarating and overwhelming.
